SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping Policy:
At Remley Ammo, we prioritize all shipping orders. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday during business hours. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. If there is a delay in shipping a purchase, Remley Ammo will notify you through email of the expected delivery time.
Ammunition and Firearm Shipping Policy:
Remley Ammo does not deliver ammunition or firearms to the following locations: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Washington D.C. Federal law requires that you must be 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 or older to purchase rifle ammunition. Purchasers of firearms from Remley Ammo must be at least 21 years old. It is up to the individual purchaser to know and comply with all state, local and federal laws regarding ammunition and firearm purchases.
All eligible firearm shipments will be delivered to your local FFL in our network where the purchaser will be required to pass a background check prior to firearm acquisition.
RETURN, CANCELATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Remley Ammunition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please note that returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. All ammunition and firearm sales are final and are not subject to Remley Ammo's return or exchange policy. All canceled orders are subject to a 5% fee.
